Transport Information
Getting to Our Departure Point for our Sightseeing, Williamstown, Dinner Cruise & Brunch Cruise.
1. Departure Point Location Our departure point is located at Berth 2, Southbank Promenade, Southbank VIC 3000.
2. Arrival from Flinders Street Station If you are arriving at Flinders Street Station, follow these steps:
- Upon leaving the train station, cross over the Evan Walker Bridge.
- Turn left after crossing the bridge, and you will find our departure point along the waterfront.
3. Arrival via Tram Lines 70/75/35: If you are arriving via tram lines 70, 75, or 35, the closest tram stop will be Stop 4 – Flinders Street Station.
4. Arrival via Tram Lines 1, 3/3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 & 72: If you are arriving via tram lines 1, 3/3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, or 72, your closest tram stop will be Federation Square/Swanston Street.
5. Arrival via Uber or Taxi If you are arriving via Uber or taxi, it is best to notify the driver to drop you off at the Langham Hotel. From this drop-off location, it will be a 5-minute walk to Berth 2 along the Southbank Promenade.
6. Arrival by Car If you plan on arriving by car, there are two private parking options available:
- Wilson Parking – Southgate, Melbourne Southbank, VIC Car Park
- Wilson Parking – Eureka, 70 City Road
Please note that parking availability and pricing are determined by Wilson Parking and are subject to change.
Alternate Departure Points for Events and Functions
If you are attending a party or function, please check with the organiser or the consultant you booked with for the exact location. We have multiple departure points specifically designated for events and functions. For setting up events check with your consultant for exact location and time.
Kitchen Deliveries For kitchen deliveries, please proceed to Vault 17 Banana Alley, Melbourne 3000. If you are unable to locate the place, kindly contact your consultant or reach out to our head office at 86102600 for further assistance.
