Our Sightseeing Tours operate 7 days a week (incl. ALL public holidays) and departs from our Ticket Kiosk located at Southbank Promenade at Berth 2
Williamstown Ferry Sightseeing Tours only operate on Saturdays & Sundays during winter & spring
Departs from our Ticket Kiosk located at Southbank Promenade at Berth 2 and our Williamstown Gem Pier Departure Location.
All online Ticket purchases require the Passenger(s) to produce evidence of the Ticket(s) upon arrival.
Check-in at the Ticket Kiosk 15 Minutes prior to the Departure Time.
Sightseeing Departure Times change daily and are subject to tidal and weather conditions and major event days.

At Melbourne River Cruises, we understand that plans may change. Therefore, we have crafted a cancellation policy to provide flexibility and convenience for our valued customers. Please review the following points:

Online Booking Management:

Customers have the convenience to go online and manage their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation or Rebooking within 24 Hours:
Cancel or rebook your sightseeing cruise up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time without incurring any additional charges.
No Refunds for No Shows or Changes After 24 Hours:
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or changes made after the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled departure time.
Refund or Credit for Operator Cancellation:
In the event of operator cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or operational issues, customers will be entitled to a full refund or credit.

Important Notes:

Cancellations and rebooking requests can be easily managed through our online platform for your convenience. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or changes made after the specified 24-hour period.

We prioritize safety and operational efficiency; hence, cancellations by the operator due to weather or operational issues will result in a full refund or credit for customers.

The ferry comes every 2 hours, as each trip to and from the departure/disembarkation point takes 1 hour each way.

Operates daily during Summer and Summer School Holidays. Outside these periods, the Ferry runs from Friday to Sunday.

Our return trips from Williamstown to the City are: 11:30 AM, 1:45 PM & 4:00 PM. Please plan your day in Williamstown accordingly.

Yes. Spending the day in Williamstown is a great way to see a different part of Melbourne. Return times are 1 hour after the ferry leaves the City but must be confirmed on the day.
